cool ambiance, liver pita was good as the meat was very tender and moist but I think the cauliflower is very skippable. The charred edges were very tasty but the majority was the center of the cauliflower which had no added flavors and just tasted liked soft cauliflower.

The food was super good-- lamb kebab pita was juicy and cooked to perfection. I also liked the pepper they gave on the side. Service was great and attentive, and there was a lot of seating!

Voting this the best food spot in the mall. Prices are good reasonable and friendly service. Can't go wrong with the folded cheeseburger and the baby cauliflower. Also tried the banana trails for dessert and it was good. They need to have more pictures of the menu items. The food looks good if you just walk around and see people eating. Mealpals are worth it!

We got lunch here recently in the Hudson Yards location; it's really tucked away, behind some ongoing construction, so you have to follow the signs for it. There's a ton of seating though, and it's served quickly, so that all helps! I got the Intimate Stew pita, and it was great. The meat is super tender and comes in big chunks, and the root vegetables are soft and flavorful. The pita holds the stewy mixture quite well, and doesn't sog up or crumble. The only thing missing was a tangy or creamy sauce to help lighten up the quite dense and rich sandwich; maybe if the pickle was chopped and mixed into the mixture! We also got the Eggs No Steak pita, and I thought this wasn't anywhere as near flavorful. Pretty much exactly as stated, but I wish the salsa was spread out more evenly so the flavor was more consistent in the sandwich. Overall, one of the better pitas I've ever had! Will be back!

Fun experience, fresh and out-of-the-box Israeli food. I know this chef personally, and he's so colorful and fun. The food tastes amazing, and the service is exceptional.

Wanted to grab a quick, delicious bite and found this place! The food was filling and tasty. Had lots of vegetarian options. I would recommend the folded cheeseburger pita and run over a potato. There were plenty of tables and the service was quick!

This is my second favorite way in NYC to get a Mediterranean style pita sandwich. The first is a small only one of its kind vegan place on the upper east side. Miznon has been expanding with locations in other cities. I recently visited the one in Vegas. The one they opened in Dekalb market however didn't fare well. I'm not sure why, I love me a good pita sandwich. I only really have two sandwich loves, banhmi and cauliflower pita. The lavan is my go to. This time they did not provide me with any chiles but gave me a stingy portion of extra sauce. I mean they were really stingy. Given the location I'd expect my dollar to go further here. It is nice to walk around the shops during the holidays and grab yourself a pita. I also liked the cheeseburger one when I was a meat eater.

I met up with a friend at Hudson Yards and we decided to try Miznon for dinner as we were intrigued by the concept of Mediterranean street food. We ordered the rotisserie broken chicken in a pita and the slow cooked beef + intimate stew in a pita to share. The slow cooked beef + intimate stew in a pita came with slices of pickle and a spicy sauce that was made with green peppers. The sauce had a surprising bit of heat, especially because I didn't taste it until I was nearly done with the pita. The stew in a pita was tasty, but my friend and I both preferred the chicken pita as the chicken was juicy with flavor. While the spicy green peppers were also in this pita, it seems more mixed throughout the pita with the chicken so there wasn't an unexpected heat bomb in my mouth. The highlight for both was the pita: It was warm and soft and served as the perfect vessel for the fillings. Miznon isn't a typical sit down restaurant since you order at the counter and they'll bring the food to you. What was unique about this system at Miznon is that the cashier told us to sit at any table with a tomato, and sure enough, there was a tomato -- in fact, it was an actual tomato and not a model! However, because you sit yourself and the staff doesn't always immediately clean up, we found ourselves sitting at a table with less than clean paper tablecloths. Overall, the food is fantastic and I plan on trying other dishes in the future.

PROS: - tasty & flavorful - tasty veggie/vegan options - fast-ish service CONS: - can get packed for lunch - service is fast/busy and hit or miss - can get pretty packed and long lines for lunch Came here for lunch break and was blown away!! The food quality here is exceptional for fast food, I wouldn't even call it fast food. I got the Bronzino pita and can honestly say it's the best thing I ate all month. The Bronzino taste fresh and full of flavor! I HIGHLY recommend! I also had the shishito peppers and green beans, both of which were also very good. The green beans were perfectly crisps and had a drizzle of lemon and olive oil with sea salt. If you love green beans, then you will love it. The space has decent size seating for a casual lunch crowd. I will be coming back here for a while! Say hi if you see me!
